 NEXT BOOK: A MAMI WATA HORROR STORY

Whilst the new month has taken its course, I am now 65% halfway through the first draft of my new supernatural thriller book. A tale inspired by the legendary, African Mami Wata goddess herself. The plot will follow a twenty-something year old caregiver based in the city of Accra, Ghana, who is secretly a witch. She realizes she, along with her ex-fiancé and work friend, must uncover the mystery of a sinister evil force at work when youngsters, from children to young adults, are abducted into the sea and either end up dead or drained of life. She's not like those ordinary women who love their job and enjoy hanging out with friends to talk about the stuff that happens in their lives. She actually has a dislike for people, and literally the whole humankind. Especially bad people who make her day a living Hell. Now, how does this type of witch agree to save the town from being terrorized by whatever supernatural force lurking in the waters? You'll find out, because there is only one thing that can motivate a bitter, disgruntled witch to save our lives.
