  SYNOPSIS

A few years ago, actress Filene Johnson gave up on her dream after a failing career and wanted a new life and career away from the celebrity spotlight. Though she may have felt she had disappointed her family after giving up on the career she'd dreamed of as a child, Filene was certain she had made the right choice. The spark in her new life began to shine bright when she married successful, handsome, hardworking, yet mysterious Terry Isono, who fit her expectation of "the perfect man."

Now, as a couple, Filene lands a new job at a publishing firm and is getting to learn more exciting things about Terry as he also lets her explore a different side to herself. But Terry's past is dark. Filene learns about the tragic loss of his former wives, who died from accidents quite similar. Just when Terry reveals his paranoia about someone from his past trying to make his life a living hell, Filene's ex-boyfriend makes an unexpected return. Her ex doesn't seem to want to move forward as he's been very fixated on making sure Filene is with someone she truly deserves-and that person can be him and him alone.

As Filene quietly digs deep into Terry's life and tries to make a presumable connection between him and her ex, the man with an agenda gives in to his silent obsession with Filene's marriage while living with the guilt that he knows something about Terry. Something he's sworn not to reveal.
