LIFE UPDATE(PERSONAL STUFF)

 PERSONAL GOING ONS 

Hello again. This post isn't about any book updates. It's a post where I get to talk about what I'm going through when I'm not Keith Greying new books(I know that was cringe). Be expecting more life update posts like this though, cuz you'll definitely be getting to know the real me.

Okay, so yesterday I was scrolling through Facebook on my phone when suddenly I came across Freida McFadden's fan group post. Yes, the famous best selling author of psychological thrillers. On her latest post, she talked about her successful upcoming live action adaptation of her best book, The Housemaid. 

There was a picture that triggered so many emotions inside me.

A picture of her seat on the set of the movie which is now in the production stage. I'll be Frank, I was so jealous when I saw this. I mean, I'm happy for her but this is literally every author's dream. 

It's my dream to have a book of mine or a graphic novel that I wrote and illustrated br adapted into the big screen or a TV show. What I would do to be in her place. But I have a long way to go. She's so far ahead in her career and I'm just starting mine. I shouldn’t compare myself to other authors but sometimes, it's hard not to. It's been my dream and main focus ever since I decided to create stories in 2016. 

My vision was never one-sided. Meaning, I didn't only aspire to be an author. Whether using novels, comics or graphic novels, heck, animations, I wanted to create the fictional characters and stories swimming in my head and just put it out there so people read and get entertained. I also aspire to do animations on Adult Swim but All I'm fixated on is building my fanbase so people get to know my characters. But the journey is a long way to go. I know I'll get there soon. 

Anyway, I'm just putting my thoughts out there. Finding ways to express myself. <SIGH> She's so lucky. But I know I'll be one day.
